a 1999 graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York..
We are currently operating out of a small commercial kitchen. Our
hours are by appointment only. All orders must be placed a week in advance.
Welcome to Nouveau Pastries and Catering!We offer the area's best cakes
and pastries to order. We also specialize in upscale, full service catering. We take our culinary endeavors seriously
and consider them true art, so we utilize only the best ingredients: real butter, couveture chocolate with at least
55% cocoa solids. And best of all, everything is made with American hands in an American facility with lots of love!
