and pastries to order. We also specialize in upscale, full service catering. We take our culinary endeavors seriously
and consider them true art, so we utilize only the best ingredients: real butter, couveture chocolate with at least
55% cocoa solids. And best of all, everything is made with American hands in an American facility with lots of love!
Nouveau Pastries and Catering is owned by Chef Paulette Martin, a 1999
graduate of Peter Kump's New York Culinary School.
