Nouveau Pastries & Catering began in February 2000. After years of teaching English and Debate in one of Florida's
top 5 public schools, Washington High School in Pensacola, Paulette Martin decided to change careers by going to culinary
school in New York. She had experience catering for friends, but decided to get some formal training. She graduated
from Peter Kump's New York Culinary Schools in the fall of 1999.
Nouveau Pastries & Catering offers
full service catering and cakes and pastries made to order. We also do wedding cakes. Please peruse our menus.
